Our adult book club is a space where we explore black creativity through all kinds of literary genres. The genres we read and discuss range from afrofuturism, anti-racism, fantasy and folklore. The goal of this space is to foster a learning and creative environment where we explore what liberation and learning means and what it looks like. Thank you for your interest in joining our book club, it’s the people that make it great!
We’ve recently begun making zines! Zines are small self-published works of original or other print media put together by an individual or small group. We’ve begun making zines a part of a fun, cathartic process with monthly zines ranging from “building a new world” to Black History Month. If you’re interested in zine making, contact us below!
